CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that SB 366-CHITINA DIP NET FISHERY PERMIT FEE was before the committee. SENATOR TAYLOR informed members that the Senate Resources Committee changed the bill to reflect the same fee this year and a zero fee next year. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS stated that this bill moved out of the Senate Finance Committee last night. SENATOR HALFORD moved to calendar SB 366 and its accompanying fiscal notes. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that without objection, the motion carried.
